Walk the Chakkar
A loop road around the top of the ridge, shaped like a figure of eight. It links Char Dukan, Lal Tibba, the cemetery, Kellogg Church and Sisters' Bazaar, with valley and mountain views on both sides.
Lal Tibba
The viewpoint on Depot Hill, about 2,275 m. Private viewing decks with telescopes charge a small fee. Mornings are clearest.
Sunset from the ridge
The western side of the Chakkar looks over Mussoorie and the Doon Valley; in winter the evening haze often forms a clear 'winter line' along the horizon.
