Mussoorie by bus
Buses run day and night from Delhi's ISBT Kashmiri Gate to Dehradun, and some go on to Mussoorie. From Dehradun, Uttarakhand Roadways buses to Mussoorie leave from near the railway station and the Mussoorie bus stand.
Shared taxis also run between Dehradun and Mussoorie and are quicker than the bus.

Mussoorie by train
Dehradun is the nearest railway station, with Shatabdi, Vande Bharat and overnight trains from Delhi and other cities. Taxis and buses outside the station go up to Mussoorie.

Mussoorie by air
Jolly Grant Airport is on the far side of Dehradun from Mussoorie. Taxis from the airport take about two hours, depending on city traffic.

- Avoid evening arrivals on Fridays, when city and hill traffic are heaviest.
Mussoorie by car
From Delhi, take the Delhi-Dehradun Expressway (about 210 km) to Dehradun, then the hill road up through Kolhukhet and Kincraig. The older route via Meerut and Muzaffarnagar is longer in time. The last stretch to Mussoorie is narrow and winding.
Parking in Mussoorie is scarce. Many hotels have limited spaces, so ask before you arrive.
- Leave Delhi before 6 am to beat traffic.
- In snow, the last stretch can be slippery or closed; carry chains in January and February.
- Don't park on the road; tow-away is common.
